Checkout.com is a multinational fintech Unicorn. Its focus lies on elevating companies’ payments, and so, their business as a whole. With them, I started in the People Culture team as an Associate. RESULTS

  • Improved readership of internal comms emails by 25%

  • Formed a new function within the company to handle People Comms, and developed all surrounding processes

  • Carried out two company audits, one to improve internal comms, and the other to gather feedback on “Return to Office”
