pORTAIRE

PORTAIRE is a SaaS company specialised in interior designers and suppliers. Their mission is to be the curated directory for forward-thinking designers. As their Content Lead, I lead their marketing, content, social media, and communications. I also worked on their UX writing and support documentation.

As the first employee in a rapidly rising start-up, it was key for me to expand our reach. Above all, I had to build a community of designers and forge the company’s name into the industry’s consciousness.

RESULTS

  • Scaled organic traffic from 4k monthly pageviews to 27k

  • Increased monthly users from 1.3k to 16.4k

  • Built a newsletter base of 5300+ professionals

WRITING

As Content Lead, I wrote short, medium and long-form. I also shaped the design of reports with our CEO, and worked with dozens of designers and brands to bring their stories to life. Here are some of my favourite examples.

USER EXPERIENCE

During my time at Portaire, I also collaborated with our CEO and the engineering team to create support documentation and optimise user experience across the app. I carried out user interviews, heuristic audits and copy reviews to ensure the highest quality possible.

As part of my role, I also sharpened up my camera-facing skills and created educational interior design content. This was our best-performing video.
